While yoga benefits the muscular and skeletal systems, it can also be used as a tool to aid the internal organs and particularly, the digestive system. We will look at the idea of a yogic-diet, touch on Ayurvedic eating principles and investigate meal-planning options to suit your lifestyle.


AirBnB Yoga Experiences

Whether you want to try something new or keep up with your regular routine while traveling, or if you’re a local looking for something different, this experience is for you. We will practice a 75-minute Vinyasa Flow, personalised for the group, in one of Cape Town’s best-loved public spaces, the Sea Point Promenade. Afterwards, we will take a short stroll and enjoy freshly prepared juices. Yoga mats and props are provided.


Bhakti-Vinyasa Series

Bhakti Yoga is known as the yoga of devotion and in SOULDIER YOGA’s interpretation of it, we use mythology, mantras and music to inspire a deep, physical practice. As a natural story-teller, Firdose delves into tales of ancient India and Africa, sequences a class based on the themes from the story and creates a playlist that speaks to the story.


Yoga for Runners

Soothe sore muscles with a sequence that targets the lower body. These workshop-style sessions introduce you to a series of stretches that can be used throughout your running career to ease and open the legs.


Yoga Retreats

Get out of the big smoke and take your practice somewhere new. Retreats include daily yoga classes, meal-planning and mindfulness sessions, journaling and time to explore.
